Former Head of Culinary Research
Ben Reade is a man of the world. He was born in Scotland and has since travelled every corner of the globe. He has been working in culinary contexts since the age of 14 and is a graduate of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Bra, Italy. Ben Reade is the former Head of Culinary Research at Nordic Food Lab, and this is how we meet him in the BUGS film. He has recently opened the Edinburgh Food Studio with Sashana Souza Zanella.
