Escamoles ice cream ahead of BUGS WORLD PREMIERE

It's time to get together and crank a batch of homemade ice cream. 

This event is going to be extra special. My friend Andreas will be in town premiering his new film BUGS later in the evening, so we'll celebrate his documentary about edible insects by making bug-flavored ice cream!

Don't be put off, it will taste GREAT. The chefs and insect experts from the film will be here and will bring some tasty bugs and help me make a delicious batch.

We'll meet on the high line, probably somewhere between 22nd st and 23rd st, at 3:30pm on Saturday. We'll start cranking immediately, and the ice cream should be ready to eat by around 4pm.
