Danish Documentary

Danish Documentary Production was formed in 2007 by three documentary filmmakers: Eva Mulvad, Pernille Rose Grønkjær, and Phie Ambo. Later that same year the documentary filmmaker Mikala Krogh and producer Sigrid Dyekjær also joined the ranks. Sigrid Dyekjær functions as the company’s managing director and has produced most of the directors’ previous films. The collaboration between the directors and the producer has existed since 2001. The company develops and produces films, mainly creative documentaries, and also distributes to an international audience. In order to reach a more viewers Danish Documentary Production has for some time now also produced documentaries for other directors and take on co-production of international documentaries.
