The Growing Project is hosting Eating Bugs 101 from 6-7:30 p.m. on April 13 at Hope Farms, 1601 Shields St. Attendees get to sample crickets and mealworms.
The educational course is taught by Terri Randolph and Rachael Sitz of Colorado State University. It covers the nutritional and environmental impacts of eating bugs.
