Insects are amazing as food. They are healthy, sustainable and first of all tasty. Two billion people wordwide are already eating insects and now they are coming to Denmark. That is why Buglady.dk and Bugging Denmark together are putting insects on the meny at this years Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival. Insects in Denmark are the next big thing and at this event they will inform and serve you their version of the tasty little creatures.

Tuesday 23th August they are doing a double talk followed by a guided tasting. They will talk about insects as a sustainable and healthy alternative to meat and they will talk about insects in todays modern cuisine and how they can easily be included in our diets. After the talks there will be a glass of wine and a tasting, where you get to taste for yourself and see if you agree with Buglady og Bugging Denmark's claim that insects are yummy.
