Welcome to the first Eating Insects Tasting Series. This tasting series, will bring my edible insect creations, that I have working for the last 3 years. I will be preparing for you different dishes like:
* Cricket Empanadas
* Mealworm Ceviche
* Spicy Cricket Thai Spoons
* Cricket Pate with Crostini
* Chocolate Covered Crickets
* Guacamole with Water Bug Paste and Crushed Ants with Plantain Shavings.
PRIX FIX: $25 Plus Tax
I cant sell alcohol in my location, but if you guys wanna bring some wine you are more than welcome, I will provided the cups (to covered the actual alcohol :))
In case is raining or too cold we might have to change the date.
